Science of Food Lab demonstration

Undergraduate students will receive a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition, Foods, and Exercise with a concentration in Dietetics or Science of Food, Nutrition, and Exercise.

Our unique course offerings develop students who have a strong foundation of knowledge, excellent oral and written communications skills, and the ability to critique and analyze research within the field. Our students are well-prepared to pursue careers in health care professions, research, and related fields.

The Dietetics program is an ACEND-accredited Didactic Program in Dietetics.

The Science of Food, Nutrition, and Exercise option is a flexible program in health sciences (kinesiology, pre-med, physical therapy, etc.).
