HNFE Strong

To be eligible for admission to HNFE as a transfer student, you must have completed the course equivalent to CHEM 1035: General Chemistry by the time you apply.  For example, if you are planning to apply for admission in a fall semester, you must be enrolled in a course equivalent to general chemistry the previous fall, or have already completed it. To be the most competitive, you should plan to complete both semesters of general chemistry (or equivalent courses) by the time you enroll at Virginia Tech.

Visiting campus?
HNFE has regularly scheduled meetings for prospective students; please register for an Information Session through the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences. We encourage you to take a tour of campus and meet with the college representative and a HNFE academic advisor.
